The JVC web site shopping facility has been created to enable you to not only look for information, but to also purchase products through our extensive JVC retailers.
Purchasing a product from the JVC web site involves indicating which product you would like to purchase by adding it to your shopping basket. Once you are happy with the product/s you wish to order and have supplied JVC with your personal details via our secure form. JVC Australia (Hagemeyer) will then a select a JVC retailer to handle the purchase that is being requested.
The order you place through the JVC web site is not a contract for sale at this point. Your purchase information will be channelled to the closest JVC retailer as per your delivery address. Upon receiving this information they will be in contact with you for the purchase of your selection.
The purpose of the JVC web site shopping facility is to allow you to purchase JVC products via your closest JVC retail store. Any information regarding your purchase such as, shipping times and costs, payment methods, return policies or special pricing will be handled via the JVC retail outlet.
To order JVC products using this shopping facility, simply select the product/s you desire by clicking on the 'Add to Basket' button located on each product page. To view and finalise your order, simply click on the 'Go To Order' button located in the shopping cart area on the right side of the screen. This will take you to your shopping cart where you will be prompted to follow 5 simple steps to submit your order to JVC.
JVC Australia (Hagemeyer) is not contracting with the consumer to sell the goods at the price stated. This is only a recommended retail price (RRP). The final price, delivery and/or pickup details will be confirmed by the selected retailer when they contact you. No contract will arise until a purchase is made directly with a JVC retailer and it is a JVC retailer, which will supply the goods on payment by the consumer.
The JVC web site shopping facility is only intended for consumers who are Australian residents. By using our existing JVC retailer network, we can deliver face to face communication and service to you our customers.
